Report: Views of Children in Care

The Commission has surveyed children and young people in out-of-home care to see what they think about the child safety system and their CVs. A total of 1703 surveys were completed by, or on behalf of, Queensland children and young people living in out-of-home care. The results of the survey have been analysed and a report published - Views of Children and Young People in Care – Queensland 2006.

The information contained in this report will help those in the child protection sector better understand the views of children and young people in care, and how current child safety reforms impact on them.
