Correction to blue card?
If you have received your blue card and positive notice letter and your personal details are not accurately recorded, you can notify the Commission by completing the blue card/positive notice letter correction form in full and returning it to the Commission.
If you would prefer the form to be mailed to you, please telephone the Blue Card Contact Centre on 1800 113 611 or 3211 6999 to make the necessary arrangements.
