As a guide, applications are currently taking approximately 28 working days where applications lodged are completed in full and where there is no police or disciplinary information.If you have been requested to provide additional information subsequent to lodging your application or have a criminal history your application may take longer to process.
If you are concerned that you have not heard from the Commission after 28 working days (6 weeks) and you have not been requested to provide further information or have a criminal history, you are welcome to contact us on 1800 113 611 (freecall within QLD - calls from mobile phones may attract charges) or 3211 6999.
